Frederiksberg Townhouse Renovation
Four-storey 1890s townhouse. Whole-home DALI-2 scheme with Lutron Palladiom keypads, cove lighting in living areas, and IP65 bathroom downlights. Circadian tuning in master suite.
Ørestad Co-working Fit-out
620 m² open-plan workspace with hot-desk occupancy sensors, meeting room scene presets, and 500 lux task illumination. UGR 16 achieved throughout open areas.
Listed Apartment Casambi Retrofit
1920s protected apartment where structural cabling was prohibited. Wireless Casambi mesh across 6 rooms, 14 circuits, 8 scenes. Original plaster mouldings preserved.
Meatpacking District Restaurant
Dual-scene dining room: 350 lux lunch service transitioning to 80 lux evening via automated dimming curve. Kitchen pass at 800 lux CRI 95+. Façade accent lighting.
Villa Garden & Interior Package
New-build villa with KNX whole-home automation. Interior layered lighting, exterior path markers, tree uplighting, and pool zone IP68 specifications.
Housing Association Stairwell Upgrade
12 stairwell retrofit across 1960s block. LED step markers, motion-activated landings, and emergency lighting compliance upgrade. Energy reduction: 72%.
Canal-side Boutique Showroom
Track-and-spot system with 5:1 accent ratio on merchandise walls. Tunable white window display (3000K–5000K) for seasonal campaigns. After-hours security scene.
Single-Room Kitchen Transformation
Open-plan kitchen-dining redesign. Under-cabinet LED, pendant trio over island, and dim-to-warm ceiling downlights. Coordinated with bespoke joinery supplier.
